Sports Events 365 (the "Company" or "we") is committed to protect the privacy of users who access its Website (the "Site").
This Privacy Policy Statement (the "Privacy Policy") explains the types of information we gather and what we do with it.

1. Personal Information
Company does not request or require any information from anonymous visitors to the Site. Company collects information only from those users who wish to conduct business transactions on the Site and who have registered on the Site ("Registered Users"). The registration form used for accessing the Site and its interactive shipping applications requires for users to give us contact details such as (name, address telephone, fax number, e-mail address and a unique user id).
Registered Users may access and change their information at any time via the Site as described in Section ‎8 below.
Company has security measures in place to protect the user information registered in our systems. These measures include_once restricted access to databases containing user information, protected by digital certificates.

Without derogating from the above it is hereby clarify that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any user id as well as any account number, account name, or passwords, if applicable, for the services you utilize through the Site.

Company needs the information Registered Users supply for (a) personal identification, (b) to allow us to contact you for customer service, if necessary, (c) to make improvements to materials or products offered on the Site and to the Site in general, and (d) to enable Registered Users to track shipments, view outstanding charges payable to Company and obtain other user-specific information. Your e-mail address is collected to send you an e-mail message confirming your new member registration as well as confirmations for other services you transact with Company on-line. In addition, Company may use such information (i) for demographic profiling, ad targeting, statistical analysis, to conduct surveys and similar marketing activities; (ii) to investigate violations of either its Privacy Policy or its "Terms"; and (iii) to notify Registered Users about important changes to the Site or promotions or opportunities You may always decline to receive these messages by following the process to Opt Out as described below or as described within a particular message.
 

2. Non-Personal Information
We collect non-personal information such as IP addresses during your use of the Site to help diagnose problems with our server, and to identify ways of making our Site better. This information is not linked to anything personal.


3. Use of Cookies
A cookie or the like is information that a Site puts on your hard disk so that it can remember something about you at a later time. (More technically, it is information for future use that is stored by the server on the client side of a client/server communication.) We use 'cookies' to generate digital certificates that identifies the user when logging on to our interactive shipping services. 'Cookies' are also used to control the correct display of the Site navigation bar.
