Many of you are interested in the Spanish Football, and some of the great teams are so popular it has nothing to do with their current success. Thus we find the brilliant AC Milan in the center of the Italian Seria A chart, and other examples can be found all around. What I would like to recommend is to take a better look at the teams that are doing well and show real talent and zeal this year. Not all of them are famous, but they all play well. Two matches can be combined into a brilliant Football winter vacation in Spain. They can help you to know better two teams that are doing well at the moment. The first match is between Getafe CF and Villarreal FC. Getafe is like a suburb of Madrid so if you’re based in Madrid you have no problem getting there. You will find yourself in the middle of an authentic Spanish Football event. Villarreal FC is doing very well and is found on the top of the Spanish league, second only to Real Madrid which holds the first place at the moment. The second match is between Atletico de Madrid and the Greek Panathinaikos FC. This is a UEFA Cup match that will be played on December 20 in Atletico’s Vicente Calderon stadium (date and time – not final!). Atletico de Madrid is also doing really well and can be found in the fifth place in the Spanish League charts. So, in just 4 or 5 days you can arrange a really nice Football vacation with teams we think you will enjoy watching, probably for the first time. Another UEFA Cup match will be played on December 19 in Getafe. so you have lots of choice for these dates.
